Mom Central Consulting considers the privacy of our community members to be of utmost importance and a key principle in how our company conducts business. Mom Central Consulting defines our community members as all Mom Central Bloggers, Influencers, Ambassadors, Spark Group Participants, Test Panel Members, Viral Outreach Panel Members, Newsletter Recipients, and Mother Talk Bloggers. The company’s consumer site, www.momcentral.com, offers a separate privacy policy on its own Privacy Policy page.

All Mom Central Consulting community members opt in to participate in each distinct community, as well as opt in to participate in each and every program. In addition, a link included on every outreach letter allows community members to unsubscribe from future emails if they wish.

Mom Central Consulting considers each community member list as confidential, proprietary information. The company uses these lists exclusively to contact community members and alert them to upcoming survey, blog tour, event, and program opportunities for which they have previously indicated interest. These lists get stored securely in password-protected internal databases, accessed only by Mom Central Consulting employees, who have signed a Mom Central Consulting Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Mom Central Consulting frequently ships product samples to community members, using an established fulfillment and distribution house under the Mom Central Consulting Non-Disclosure Agreement. Mom Central Consulting recognizes that community members have not extended third-party permission to Mom Central clients.

On rare occasions, Mom Central Consulting clients need to mail product samples directly to community members and when these occasions occur, clients sign a One-Time-Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement. These client companies agree not to use the confidential information disclosed to it by Mom Central Consulting for any purpose other than to distribute a one-time mailing of the influencer samples.

These client companies agree that they will take all reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure or use of Mom Central Consulting confidential information in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or the possession of persons other than those persons authorized hereunder to have any such information, which measures shall include the highest degree of care that either party utilizes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. These client companies agree to immediately notify the other party in writing of any misuse, misappropriation, or negligent disclosure of such confidential information belonging to the other party that may come to its attention.
