Business plan contest and grant support

An important part of the “Mom Central Consulting” project is a competition of business plans prepared by course attendees as final papers. The winner of the contest in each region, according to the terms of the project, receives a grant to implement her business idea or the equivalent of a business service package to help her start her business.

The authors of the projects that have made it to the final defended their business plans before an independent jury of experts composed of representatives of organizers, profile and financial departments and structures, business associations and mass media. In its assessment the jury is guided by the criteria of project feasibility, validity of preliminary profit calculations, originality and social significance of the business idea. According to the terms of the grant, the business idea must be implemented within the next calendar year, and the grantor (Charity Foundation “In Charge of the Future”) controls the targeted expenditure of funds.
